Chelsea Ward-Waller joined the DDA team in November 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Middlebury College, with a major in geology and a minor in environmental studies. Her professional strengths are in public involvement, communications, and research. With a unique detail-oriented skill set, Chelsea specializes in managing, organizing, and coordinating projects. She has contributed to the writing and production of high-quality materials and reports for a wide range of projects. Chelsea has managed projects with the Alaska Food Policy Council, Alaska Commission on Aging, Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility, Bike Anchorage, and Anchorage Collaborative Coalitions.
Professionally and personally, Chelsea is an advocate for active transportation and transportation safety. Currently, Chelsea is pursuing a Masters of Public Health Practice at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
